By creating an account or using SpotTradeJournal ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations, or impersonate another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Pro Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires a Pro subscription at $10 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
Refunds: If you experience a technical failure caused by our platform, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case and may issue a refund at our discretion.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Ownership: All trade data, journal entries, and content you upload to SpotTradeJournal remains yours. We claim no ownership over your data.
License to us: By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Export: You may export all your trade data at any time in CSV format from the Trade History section.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@spottradejournal.com.
All analytics, metrics, and performance data displayed are based solely on trade data you provide. Past trading performance shown in the platform does not predict future results.
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotTradeJournal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
By you: You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay your subscription, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where SpotTradeJournal operates.
