No — you get 7 days of full access with no credit card required. You'll only be prompted to upgrade when your trial ends or when you reach the 30-trade limit.

Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. You can cancel anytime and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you're not satisfied. Contact us at info@spottradejournal.com and we'll process it within 24 hours.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor — we never store your card details.

Go to Trade History → Import → IBKR. In IBKR, export your Activity Statement as a .tlg or CSV file, then upload it. Trades are matched into round-trips automatically — even multiple trades on the same ticker on the same day.

Currently supported: Interactive Brokers (.tlg and CSV), TradeZero (CSV), Binance, and Coinbase. You can also import from any broker using our generic CSV format. More integrations are added regularly — suggest one.

Yes. Use the Generic CSV import option and map your columns to our format (symbol, entry price, exit price, quantity, date, side). Download our template from the import panel for reference.

The importer checks for duplicates using date, symbol, and quantity. Duplicate trades are skipped automatically — you won't end up with doubled entries.

Yes. Use the mode toggle in the sidebar to switch between 🪙 Crypto, 📈 Stocks, or 🌐 Both — which shows all your trades together in one unified view.

Yes — each trade has an entry screenshot and exit screenshot field. Upload your chart setup before entry and after exit to build a visual library of your best and worst trades.

The analytics dashboard includes: equity curve, cumulative P&L, daily P&L, win rate by day of week and hour, profit factor, expectancy, average R:R, max drawdown, Kelly percentage, MAE/MFE, and more — totalling 20+ metrics.

Set daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly targets for profit, win rate, or R:R. The Goals panel tracks your progress in real time and shows how close you are to each target. You can also set a max daily loss limit which triggers an alert.

Yes — the dashboard is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser. You can log trades right after closing them from your phone without needing a desktop app.

All data is stored on encrypted servers and is completely private to your account. We never share or sell your trade data. Your password is hashed with bcrypt — we never store it in plain text.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or trading data with any third party. Your data is used solely to provide the SpotTradeJournal service to you.

Yes. You can export all your trades as a CSV from the Trade History page at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at usmansaeed91@gmail.com.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.

Yes — click "Continue with Google" on the login or register page. If you already have an account with the same email, your Google account will be linked automatically.

Click the sun/moon icon in the top right corner of the dashboard. Your preference is saved automatically.

Go to Trade History, filter by Demo, select all demo trades, and delete them. Or use the toggle at the top of the dashboard to switch to Live mode, which hides demo trades automatically.
